I'd say that almost all the employees here at KwickPOS are already exhausted and overworked. We get bombarded with tons of workloads all the time, and many of us are burned out already. What makes this worse is the horrible compensation. We're severely underpaid despite working very hard.

If you expect career growth, this isn't the company to work for! You'll have to be working here for years but most couldn't even last a year working here! It's stressful, toxic, and the kind of support management provides is by pressuring employees disguised as encouragement!
