Pay is about 25% under national average for similar work. You WILL stand in the same spot for 10 hours cutting metal in half or deburring the same pieces. Such a high turnover rate, there is waiting period for you to get a work T SHIRT. Not a uniform…a t shirt. Apparently they have “outfitted half of Quakertown” so it is a cost cutting measure. Again…not a great look. Office workers get access to a purified water dispenser. Production warehouse workers get a crusty water fountain. No one speaks. Everyone is pretty unhappy. Just an all around miserable experience that doesn’t even pay the bills.
