As a small company that operates within an open-office setting, Stream employees form close bonds and speak freely amongst themselves. But please know that an individual’s negative comments don’t reflect the values of our company as whole. Importantly, those comments would never be used as leverage against anyone’s reputation—their value will never be jeopardized by hearsay. Their contributions are too great. Should an issue arise, we can assure you that thorough investigations are conducted, and that hiring/firing decisions are never made based on word-of-mouth. However, to protect those involved, investigations are kept totally confidential. Outside parties are typically not involved and likely never know they’re taking place. Stream’s HR team takes great care to build trust with employees at all levels, especially as new processes are put into place, and to operate with complete transparency and fairness.
