      Pros

      All about teamwork. Supportive atmosphere. At peak times, everyone helps with the work. Quarterly bonus make s difference. I was surprised the first time I got my bonus because I was still new and didn't expect it. I like to see my team efforts recognized. Access to the fitness center is also a plus. Everyone is very professional. Pleasant colleagues, all of them.

      Cons

      It can be stressful at times, but it helps when everyone chips in. Salary starts lower than average but moves up faster than any other company I have worked at. Bonuses help a lot too.

      Pros

      Your accomplishments and hard work are noticed here. The work you do has a big impact. That being said, this isn't a role for someone who wants to kick back and make a paycheck. You have to really care about your work. There is a great team dynamic so there is always support. There are AMAZING professional development opportunities as well as raises during performance evals.

      Cons

      It can get stressful. Sometimes theres so much work to do that you leave at 7pm. The technology is being worked often and there are some hiccups with that and that could affect the work you do.
