      Very little advancement - continue to hire from outside than give good people inside - expect the most out of you with the least amount of pay they can squeeze out, unless hired from outside then you will get the house thrown at you - 0 accountability for the same sales reps who have been protected there for ever

      Work from home twice a week

      Cons

      -favoritism -Nepotism -bad management -unrealistic expectations and work life balance. -During trainings, actively listen to management and trainers talk bad about other employees. -training is awful: pretty much expected to magically hire 2 people a week without actual training on how to do so.
