Can't think of any pros. It says I have to enter 5 words but I can't think of anything nice to say...

Cons

Under paid, horrible management, horrible hours, no team work, people don't help each other, so many cons making me depressed- need to find new job and could my losses before I am there any longer. SOME staff don't really care about children's best interest. Some workers get stuck doing all the work.
