Very nice, friendly , professional teaching environment. Treated very well by the administration.

Really a nice teaching environment-of course pay could always be increased

Pros

LCI is a great pace to work. Senior management cares about employees and you feel listened. It is a great and caring environment.

Cons

No benefits like 401k. Did not have a raise in the past two years but it is understandable due to the changes in the ESL world. Everything else compensates.

I'm so fortunate and thankful for working with the most professional English language teachers and Student Services Coordinator on earth. They are dedicated to our students and true to our company values and vision.

Cons

Hiring only part-time teachers at present.
