Sr. Management needs to do better at aligning Sales, Engineering and Operations
Too much $ on R&D and not enough on product optimization or development
Comp plan needs to be geared more towards attracting and retaining sales people
Not a bad place to work. People are good and management will keep up morale with food and coffee for toolbox meetings. Perks such as treats, bi-yearly meals and prizes. Lots of long term employees and decent management.

Pay scale is on the lower end but getting better. Occasional unexpected time off due to lack or work (mostly due to supply issues). Communication could be better
