Pros
Ginger and Erik have a great vision for the company. They promote a great work environment and are family oriented. LEK is truly a team and invests in its team by offering competitive wage/salary and industry training. The team adheres to a high standard of quality and customer service. Overall, LEK is a great company to work for a great team to be a part of.

Great opportunity to move up. They seem to really move people up fast if the work hard and show they can be a leader.
Cons
Communication throughout company was lacking. That is a lot better now. Some people don't pull there own weight out in the field.
