      Stressful company to work for

      Pros

      Great sales competitions and shwag for their employees . Constant exciting growth happening every day

      Cons

      Lgcy is not a solar company. Lgcy is a sales force for the solar company Sunrun . the majority of Sunruns installs are hired out to solar installer companies. If you do the math this usually equals a mess for salesmen and even worse the customer. Every other review here was more than likely a set up by marketing. asking employees to go fill out a review . The truth is there are much better solar opportunities out there with better operations and better pay . All this talk about culture is questionable at best. I believe their is to much religious influence In their culture and possible favoritism.

We do encourage employees to share their experience working here and many have been willing to do so. We have grown very quickly, which can always mean growing pains, and we have been committed to getting better each day.

      Almost all the sales staff has less than zero sales experience, so you may stand out from the crowd You will learn lots of company "slogans" that give you feeling like you just joined this great forward thinking company. free energy drinks

      Cons

      The compensation plan High Turnover Sales Meetings with no value finally, In my experience I saw an extreme lack of respect shown to women.

      Pros

      These executives are excellent liars and salesman. Don't get fooled, they are only out for themselves. As every employee leaves, they line their pockets with that employees hard earned commissions.

      Cons

      All the way up to the owner of the company, these executives are thieves. Because of this they can't retain top talent in the industry, but they don't care because the more salespeople that find out their dishonest, the more quit, and the more money they steal from said salespeople on their way out the door. If you plan on working here, retain legal counsel, because you'll need it.
