      Pros

      Great culture and collaborative work environment. Continued efforts to improve member & employee experience have allowed the credit union to continue to be a top-notch financial institution and an employer of choice despite the current economic climate.

      Cons

      due to the number of tenured employees, some are slightly resistant to change and are used to doing this they way they have in the past.
