Hardworking people, work-life balance, great benefits. Great location and great team spirit between senior management, cross culture mingling at that level but not for lower levels.

Cons

One must like the Swiss or Liechtenstein culture, sometimes a bit to much from the countryside. HR is local, managers are mostly european or american, sometimes culturally narrow minded.
