- Micromanaging is constantly an issue
- On-site 5 days a week with strict hours (not for the executives though, executives are remote whenever they'd like)
- High turnover (25% turnover during my tenure -> approx. 10 people per year)
- Even if you're promised otherwise, you WILL work overtime and may be forced to work overnight shifts
- Senior management is not receptive to feedback
- Pay does not match the hours or effort required
- Senior management will gaslight you over every single issue
- Bonuses won't be given if the company has a "rough year"
