Pros

The campers were the only good bit.

Cons

Horrible senior management, directors had a tenancy to keep quite about very concerning matters regarding counselors and only dealt with it towards the end of camp or when enough people were affected. Long hours of work with MUCH LESS pay than minimum wage. They also held half of our wage (they referred to it as our "bonus") but only released it a few weeks after camp had ended. Those who left camp earlier never actually got fully paid the hours they worked. Also, considering its a private camp they would at least have decent food, but the counselors and the campers were given non nutritional, bland pasta, everyday.
