      Not much except a few decent people

      Cons

      Where to start? Sales are king here. Very much a tattletale work environment! Everyone talks about everyone! Management instigates the attitude! Not very much is said about doing a good job! More about what you aren’t doing right! Not a positive environment.

      Pay was decent and the people were mostly nice to work with.

      Cons

      If you're looking for job growth, support from Sr. management and mentorship, this is NOT the place for you. If you enjoy Jr. High and being with the cool kids, you've found your calling at LISI.

      Pay was good. What you'd expect from a financial company

      Cons

      Industry is oldschool. Management doesn't really know how to manage a full organization. No vision or direction, constantly begging employees for advice on management's job. People with skill and vision get driven off by the toxic mediocrity of this place.
