      Solid business model, healthy market share, decent comp & ben level, in general highly professional staff, office located centrally, decent working conditions

      Cons

      Zero career path visibility. Very unhealthy reaction to even mentioning promotion, "you're already overpaid/underutilized" . HR only policy toward staff - bullying, setting traps, cheating. Favoritisme rampant, a group of untouchables, flaunting it quite openly, partisan infighting , backstabbing, managers attitude - if something is done right, that's my doing, if smth done wrong that's your fault
