The management has significantly declined since the new Managing Director took over. This is not an ideal place to seek employment. Instead of bringing in a more empathetic MD, the situation has worsened, resulting in a lack of trust between the MD and employees. New MD has negative vibes blaming other employees that they are the bad apples without reflecting themselves in the mirror. MD love gossipping with other "trusted" selective or favourable employee's on each weakness, which turns the whole team into toxic culture.

Hard to move up the ladder. Senior management don't really have a clue what's happening on the floor.
