Pros

The one and only Pro are the handful of women that work and keep a roof over that man's head and a whole lot of money in his bank accounts. Your success and comfortable lifestyle are because of their hard work and dedication....not yours....

Cons

The most disgusting case of micromanaging I've ever seen. Productivity charts like we are potty training toddlers trying to get gold stars. You can literally hit send or finish something and someone will be calling you to "discuss" why you did it that way....but at the same time they tell you to "own your job" and make decision but won't understand or agree with how you choose to do it. You will be told to slow down because accuracy is so important and speed will come but then breath down your neck to go faster then be surprised when you have errors. They want above and beyond in every aspect but cannot manage to provide an inclusive safe environment where your thoughts and concerns are heard and addressed. These problems exist in most workplaces but the downside is you literally do not have anyone to go to that you can trust or truly has your back or best interest at heart. They have absolutely no scope of how long things take and expect you to preform like a robot and will compare you to individuals who are no longer there and are constantly setting expectations that they themselves do not even meet and the way they think they can speak to you would make your skin scrawl and your head spin. If you are assertive and have a voice or opinion on anything that is said or done that is questionable and leaning towards illegal your employment will be eliminated. You have no HR department and when you bring concerns up you are met with nothing but "I don't understand" or flat out told to do better. It's honestly like an abusive parent child relationship that is cultivated and nurtured not the true growth and potential of the employees that show up and work their behinds off. I've seen this done to so many employees over my many years there but really didn't think it could get worse than it previously was because the current staff is solid...the most solid one I've worked with. It's the truest self sabotage of a business I've ever encountered. If they could just back off and let the employees work he would be surprised but it's like they say you can only lead a horse to water you can't make them drink....the only thing that changed about me over the years is my tolerance to unnecessary bull and disrespectful behaviors is zero and there was far to much of that from the ones in power.

Pros

I guess the products? They sell unique stuff if you're into that.

Cons

The CEO is a weirdo who thinks he is God's gift to mankind. He will micromanage all of your work and is very condescending. He thinks he is right and treats employees like idiots. He has to realize that he is running a company of a dying industry. He is not some Fortune 500 CEO with a prestigious MBA. I guess it is evident on his management style. Furthermore, he is a walking HR disaster if this were a bigger company. His actions to some employees are just inappropriate, especially for 2020. No wonder no one stays with him, both personally and professionally.
