Pros

There are no pros. The company and CEO don’t know what they are doing. They sound confident but they are so understaffed 1 person is doing at least 3 jobs in every department and only getting paid for 1 and not receiving feedback or appreciation from management. Due to being so understaffed they are behind by almost 2 weeks when it comes to pretty much all departments. Not to mention how sly, shady and unprofessional things were, starting back to when I was “interviewed.”

Cons

Everything there is pretty bleak there. The insurance is terrible and is super expensive and doesn’t really cover meds or mental health. We are treated like slaves and if you speak up people fear getting fired, demoted or just treated poorly. They expect the world from their employees but refuse to give them appreciation, help or even decent support. They’ll promote you without a raise and expect you to do your old job still. No sick time, can only use PTO in 4 hour blocks and need to schedule 2 weeks out. And if you do schedule PTO, they won’t have anyone help with your work. Because they are so understaffed. Floating holiday only.

Pros

Being treated like a slave

Cons

This company from top to bottom is a complete disaster. Be extremely cautious as they lie to both employees and customers about their entire business model. This company is a cash grab from every perspective. Management has absolutely no experience or education and or has actual mental health issues. If you are not part of the family, you will not move up in this company nor does the company have any potential for growth. If you enjoy being lied to on a daily basis with an incompetent management team then this is the company for you! There is zero communication between management about the true issues behind this company. The working environment is to keep your head down and do not try to improve their misleading business model. They treat employees like slaves with little to no benefits or time off. There are many new faces, and they prefer to keep temps instead of building any structure into a team. Agents also need to be cautious as there possibly could be fraudulent practices going on behind closed doors with checks being written out to incorrect people and zero-time management to ensure payments on time. This company is not transparent in any way and as soon as they get any agents to sign documents their job is complete and to hit them with as many fees as possible while providing the lowest form of customer service. Management talks bad about their clients on a daily basis with zero regard on how to try and keep agents and employees for the long-term as there is an extremely high turnover rate. As many of the other reviews show the same misleading and unprofessional practices that occur here this is a huge warning to take your business and time elsewhere as this company is slowly burning down piece by piece. BE CAUTIOUS STAY AWAY!

Pros

Schedule flexibility, they fulfill their legal requirement to pay

Cons

Management, organization, structure, pay, holidays, benefits, chance for growth promised but not fulfilled unless you get in with upper management, constantly and knowingly understaffed, no sick days.
