Pros
Amazing teaching and learning experience from LRW, great for entry level employees. Usually promotes from Research Associate to Research Manager in around 1year (from $20/h to $25/h). Culture is dependent on the Business Unit that you are a part of, but overall good culture and cool events
Cons
Salary is quite low, and experience at the company depends greatly on your manager, and the business unit that you're on

Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at LRW full-time for more than a year
Pros
Trauma bonding with other associates
Cons
The business model is exploitative of anyone at and under the Director level. The way the company makes money is by overselling projects, working RAs, RMs & SRMs to the bone and overloading them with an incredible amount of work. If the technology and software were up to date, this might be bearable but so much of your time will be spent doing the most boring rote tasks over and over and over again. Double checking each cell in an excel spreadsheet with 40+ tabs by hand for 16 hours a week is a relatively common assignment. The company also somehow manages to convince RAs & RMs that it's somehow worse at other companies - it is not, I promise you. Work can be enjoyable and interesting. Don't accept an offer here unless you truly have no other options.
