      Great mission. Wonderful work place and people. Supportive staff and culture.

      Cons

      Takes a while to bring ideas to fruition. Feel underpaid for my role and responsibilities. For a big firm, a bit disorganized.

      - Really lovely colleagues - Some gems of great designers - Company deeply committed to working in the region - Working hours are reasonable for most (though not all)

      Cons

      - Executive leadership out of touch with folks doing the work - Top-down, opaque leadership style is common - Company not organized to have design be the priority , despite what the mantra might be
