Pros

a leading low country architecture firm with a strong corporate work ethic and culture. Provides great benefits, flexible working hours, and a path of advancement.

Cons

company is overly focused on corporate culture and branding. At times can operate as separate silos of architecture opposed to a large cohesive firm.

Thanks for sharing your feedback - our team members are truly at the heart of what we do! We are continuing our work to ensure that architecture is accessible to all. Whether it's our partnership in hosting NOMA fellows or our support and passion for the ACE Mentorship Program, among many others, we are actively creating space for all to participate in design.
