Cons
-Small business / not looking to expand, grow, or apply for work outside of comfort zone. -Not agile with hiring for large projects / fast deadlines. -Habitually and cyclically causes burnout at the designer level, resulting in entire team turnover every 3-5 years. -Lack trust across entire team. -No sick leave offered.
