A pervading atmosphere of passive aggression, broad smiles, platitudes and emotional blackmail soon degraded to good old-fashioned work-place bullying. Enthusiasm, effort and achievement is completely overlooked in place of saving face and massaging egos. The satellite Singapore office has been set up to bolster the career of the office director and the staff are treated like a team of PAs. There is no company-wide communication, no robust project management, no training, no reporting structure and therefore office goes from firefighting one project to firefighting another.

The company takes no responsibility in project loss. Instead they cut headcounts and reduce salaries as 'remedial actions' while the boss shares millions of annual profit (as shown on public annual report）。
