Pros

There is a real ambition from the directors and the leadership team to make La Redoute a great place to work. Open mindedness, hard work, ambition and fun are all encouraged. Good benefits and flexible working.

Cons

Not a great location, in a run down area of Bradford. Easy access to the shops though and free parking.

There is a good atmosphere with friendly people. Their head office is located in the centre of Bradford with good access to transport links

Cons

Salaries are on the low side. Career progression is limited as the strategic direction of the company is driven from France
