The owner is a money hungry man that could care less if you live or die. Fires departments and people as he pleases. No paid holidays or benefits. Lack of management

This is the worst company that I have ever been involved with. Most of their business seems to have come from COVID testing and they didn’t do that right. They have people cold calling customers to get insurance info from as far back as 2021 knowing full well that most claims won’t be paid. The upper management has no respect for any of the staff and barely acknowledge their existence. It also seems they have done nothing to transition from COVID to normal, routine lab work. Any staff that remains from their recent purge of employees will probably be out of a job within the year. The company offers a very limited health plan, more like a welllness program and not traditional health coverage, the pay is substandard and HR is an absolute joke. It can take weeks or months to get a question answered for something as simple as “do we work on Christmas?” Over all, run don’t walk, away from LabQ. At the very least your job won’t be secure and at most you’ll be caught up in whatever lawsuits the owners will get filed against them.
