Pros

It is an absolute shame that LABA Global could not recognize the hard work and dedication of their employees. After only one week on the job, I was unceremoniously fired without even the courtesy of a warning. The reason given was that the company "didn't like me." Despite the fact that I had closed two clients in the same day, this was not enough to warrant at least a warning before being thrown out the door. LABA Global’s lack of tact and sense of entitlement is nothing less than a disgrace. It is clear that they do not value the people who work for them and are quite willing to exploit them. Been There Done That.

Cons

I would not recommend this company to anyone as they simply do not understand the value of their employees. Do yourself a favor and stay away from LABA Global. Respectfully

Pros

No pros are worth it

Cons

First red flag was that the interview task would take at least two days to complete or more if you wanted to be exhaustive. The finalised task could easily be used by them without your permission. I agreed to complete the task partially and got the job regardless. When I started, they asked me to read their onboarding materials that stated that your work doesn't finish at 5 or 6, and you're expected to reply to work messages after work but they didn't even provide a work phone and didn't pay for overtime. I was expected to complete an enormous amount of work within very short and strict deadlines. When I tried to point out that it will not be possible for me to complete the tasks within my working time, I was told that it will get better once we start using new technologies or once the processes are fully set (none of these changed during my time there). The global team was toxic, they spoke in a degrading tone and made a culture out of exploiting people who work there. I've seen some people working late at night to complete tasks that were not even that important. All that for a low salary and below-average benefits. There were a lot of issues with transparency as well. At first I was told by global HR that it's a 'work from anywhere' position but after 2 months I was told by my manager in Poland that I should come to the office twice a week. I've worked at several companies now and I've never experienced something like this. Go for it if you want to ruin your mental health.

Pros

online education is indeed a valuable resource nowadays. That’s it.

Cons

starting from the head with obvious mental and trust issues, good in words, but really bad with management and execution. Harassing employees, so most of them started to think that this is normal and kept this strategy… < shocked > Leadership doesn’t exist over here. Just ppl who pretend they are cool and do basically nothing. The courses are really bad quality too and they do not bring what supposed to be done - high level theory and practice for students/professionals to improve.
