      I worked at Labsco just after they had been purchased by a Venture Capitalist. The company was good to their employees and provided good benefits, expenses paid, and commissions. The company was transitioning from a small company with a family atmosphere to the feel of a larger cooperation. Management was good at the time I was there but was quickly changing. Sales Reps. were given what they needed to get the job done.

      Cons

      After the take over things were good for about a year and then on a monthly basis, people started loosing their jobs including management. Entire divisions were eliminated which created a lot of fear and low morale among anyone who worked there. Everyone was afraid, even top sales people that they were going to loose their jobs espercially after really good top executives and management were replaced. My division was cut completely but I still kept in touch with other reps I had worked with and heard the job losses and low morale had continued for at least another year.
