      The people - never have I met such like-minded people who are so expertly skilled in their positions, who are willing to help, guide, and support each other to their fullest extent

      The drive - sometimes it's easy to feel overwhelmed, but, refer back to the Pros above

      Pros

      You are given a lot of autonomy in your role and trusted to do your best work. Peers and leadership listen openly to opinions and suggestions, creating a safe environment to discuss business problems. Work on great initiates that contribute to an exciting future.

      Flexible remote working available. Far-sighted management team with clear product vision. Established in market, scaling rapidly. Opportunity-rich environment. Commitment to stated values and retaining company ethic as we grow. Sensible equity participation.

      Cons

      Still some "startup rough edges" in places, may not appeal to those who need structure are aren't prepared to create it.
