Pros
Ford New Auto Sales - Fun place to work; great learning experience. I had NO sales experience and have been here for 8 wks. I indicated this during the interview as I was seeking sales background to inhance my career path in my trade. They promote and use Grant Cardone sales training along with the ford training and mentoring by coworkers and floor management. I like the work week schedule as well.
Cons
Nothing really negitive to say. May be the cig butts out back if anything. Some past employees may have said negitive comments but that is to be expected. Human nature is human nature.
