      Exciting and dynamic software company

      Pros

      Lakeside is a typical high-growth, dynamic, yet exciting company to work for. As we these type of orgs there is a lot of change, but that provides lots of opportunities to grow and develop, never boring, always something new around the corner which makes it interesting and exciting.

      Cons

      As with all dynamic organisations, some people can struggle with the constant change, however for other people this can be a positive and exciting motivator.

      Like any fast-moving tech company, we’re adapting to change and refining processes, but nothing that takes away from the overall experience of working here

      Good company, great growth opportunity, good culture

      Pros

      Lakeside is a leader within the DEX space. Huge opportunity here and that is exciting to be part of. Interesting work, good team mates. Hybrid working and flexibility. Leadership that cares about people, but makes tough decisions as needed. Good opportunity to grow in experience. Pay and benefits are competitive for a tech SME, rewards programs for employees and president's club (every division recognized - not just sales), swag, snacks in offices, team and regional gatherings, etc.

      Cons

      Some people continue to struggle with change. After reading some of the comments I think "if it's that bad, why are you here? - or we must work at two different companies" There are some folks that are stuck in a rut of their own making.
