      Lambda provides all its employees with a place to grow. We believe in continuous learning and education. We love to celebrate our wins together!

      Pros

      Personally, I learned a lot at this organization, especially from the CEO. She is smart, is a great mentor and is always willing to help. The most important attitude I learned from her and carry with me in my professional and personal life is: "Focus on finding solutions". The office culture is positive and family-like. Ideas from all levels of the organization are always welcome. I enjoyed the fact ownership is always encouraged and that inter-departmental collaboration is fostered and nurtured. Leadership always tries to be approachable.
