Great place to work and lovely colleagues

Pros

Nice and stable company to work for so find many people who stay here for 10, 15, +20 years. The office is fantastic located in the heart of Victoria with loads of amenities around and easy transport links. The company takes time to listen to employees needs through an employee forum and also surveys on various topics to see any areas which could be looked at. I have been working for Landsec for 10 years and have enjoyed the whole time.

Cons

Sometimes decisions can be slow but these are all being gently worked on. Doesn't always feel like there are a lot of opportunities for career progression (as many colleagues don't want to leave). Otherwise would be nip picking and there are always some challenging periods at any workplace but generally been really happy here.

The job was sold to be very prestigious and that i should be 'thankful' to work for a FTSE 100 company

Cons

I suffered from work stress and handed my notice in not long into my employment (was still in probation). Poor management, over worked and very underpaid for my role. Toxic culture.

Ethnic minorities beware, this is isn’t a place for you

good breakfast and drinks after work to make people think this is the place to be .

Cons

Everything - Power hungry women leaders coupled with prevalent workplace racism sums this place up. Systems are not great, processes are also poor, promoted on whether your face fits.
