Pros
Fun staff, you really bond with everyone you work with, great location, students are easy-going and eager to learn, lessons are easy to teach and don't require much if any prep-work, cafe inside the school is great for breaks between classes
Cons
There is a bit of a divide between corporate staff and the teaching staff. Steps should be taken to bring both together.

Pros
In small schools, the students could receive almost individual instruction so they have the opportunity of practicing and learning quicker than in big schools. Language Express has a more agile foreign language program with intensive practice.
Cons
People like big institutions to learn, maybe for social contact. Language is a social instrument to make friends. However, The School had marked two days of workouts to practice speaking and this is advantageous but does not cover the spontaneity of free speaking.
