Pros
Working with intelligent, well qualified professionals across multiple disciplines .Wide variance of project types and sizes all over the country. Everyone I have encountered to date is of a growth mindset. Good support systems for teams and provision of additional resource in line with changing capacities and client demand. Good comms/transparency with directors and upper management on business direction and financials. Good working culture & HR processes i.e. new employee onboarding, CPD provision etc Competitive renumeration
Cons
Delivery timescales can on occasion be tight, but this is generally due to the nature of the work and at client request

Pros
Incredibly friendly staff, great communication across all levels of the business, huge amounts of experience within the team to learn from, and the office locations are superb for a work life balance!
Cons
The work load can be varied, its never over the top or nothing to do but sometimes you do wish for a more continuous steady stream of workload. However, after speaking with other graduates in my position, it seems like this happens wherever you go.

Thank you for your comprehensive review. Communication is critical in the business, especially with having so many different geographically based offices. We naturally always want to improve the way we do things, so should you have any feedback we are always open to receive it to further progress our processes.

Pros
Lanpro is a practice that optimally interprets contemporary working methods. A multidisciplinary company where a simple phone call to a colleague is enough to receive immediate support in relation to a planning application, conservation strategies, building design, or landscape design ideas. Even the customer who relies on Lanpro is absolutely confident that the whole process will take place in a coordinated and complete way through the various disciplines involved and the work stages of promotion or development of their land. In continuous growth, Lanpro never ceases to explore and multiply, always in an organized way, the different possibilities of joint work by correlating different disciplines to different workplaces. The various offices, located in some of the most important cities in the United Kingdom, ensure a high-level working environment. Comfortable meeting rooms, work areas equipped with computers, multiple screens, printers, and common areas for socializing are present in all Lanpro offices.
Cons
Sometimes I would like to collaborate more closely with some colleagues who work far from where I am, but for obvious reasons it is not possible. However, this guarantees Lanpro to be present on a large part of the national territory and furthermore allows us to work in many different types of projects.

Pros
Lanpro is a dynamic, diverse, and agile company that treats its staff weell and empowers them to be what they want to be. With a professional, dedicated and hard-working yet relaxed and foward-thinking approach, it is a great company of which to be a part. In 20 years' experience I have yet to meet such a talented pool of people concentrated across such a range of disciplines. I would thoroughly recommend Lanpro looking for an interesting and rewarding career, where individual creativity and passions are nurtured and skills honed. In short, the best company/organisation I have ever worked for.
Cons
Underselling what a great company it is to work for - I wish more people knew.

Pros
There is a lot of thought and effort that goes into keeping staff happy and they are reasonable and flexible around personal circumstances. The perks of it being a medium sized company means that you are treated as a person and aren't lost as just a number in the company. Junior members of staff get included in client/general events rather than just sending directors like a lot of large companies do. A career framework has recently been introduced to help with progression.
Cons
The work does ebb and flow but it isn't too extreme from one day to the next i.e. you're rarely without work/rarely with too much work.

Pros
The business really cares for it's people. It provides me with great variety of projects that utilises my skills and allows me to really perfect my consultative approach. Competitive pay on the market including flexible working, health and wellbeing benefits, city centre offices with free parking, enhanced holiday and further increases available. fair and transparent with a great caring leadership team.
Cons
It has multiple offices across the UK so you wont see everyone you work with all the time, but its still very productive and collaborative.
