      Great products, tough company

      Great product range, great quality and great brand recognition in the market.

      Cons

      Terrible career progression, constantly changing structures to feed the pockets of the SMT, and high turnover of staff due to lack of progression and leadership

      Friendly staff but not the best management

      Friendly atmosphere amongst colleagues, OK salary and fair holiday allowance.

      Cons

      Management could do with some reviewing. Can be condescending at times and doesn’t offer the full support needed.
