      Struggling to Organize

      Pros

      Endless supplies of caffeine.

      Cons

      Presumably, if you're an engineer, they treat and pay you better. There were no incentives to stay, no encouragement to grow in roles, just endless stress and automatic raises that were put on hold. The company was fractured, leadership was struggling.

      Pros

      Generally friendly atmosphere, good client base, senior management seems keen on growth. Good IT staff.

      Cons

      Branch offices are not supported or marketed effectively. Management decisions seem to be made on a "who's your buddy" basis rather than employee capability. Long-term strategy seems to be focused too much on money-grabbing in the gas industry. Employees do not get good feedback, and LDG does not have a clear and effective set of job descriptions. Employees have been exploited with little to no reward, or even recognition.
