Pros

Only a few are fortunate to know genuinely good individuals

Cons

The work environment is exceedingly toxic, with project managers being particularly notorious for their constant expectation of unceasing work and a lack of motivation.

Pros

Can work remotely which not that bad even though you had to spend 20% of time responding to messages and 15% on meeting

Cons

CEO shows toxicity by humiliating the employees. Some seniors are so proud that they act like a king. And remote devs they aren't valued at all, were treated like a rented donkeys.

Pros

You are treated literally like a tool. added or replaced just like that. They lie when saying they care about growth. all they care about is numbers. They even have an excel sheet with the number of PRs reviewed, PR comments, PRs approved. and they make employees compete to see who gets the higher number. You can see what kind of environment this creates.

Cons

CEO embarrasses people in team calls, calling them names like "totally stupid", "idiotic", "I would be ashamed",..etc. Projects are all over the place, and you feel the heat from shareholders like they are breathing down your neck. This isn't a tech company it's a slaves barn. Salaries are low and there are no future plans, you can be let go at any moment no matter how good you are. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone.
