Do you like getting paid on time? Then don't work at Lattice

There used to be a lot of pros to working at Lattice, but the HR and Payroll teams have made working at this company a complete nightmare. Does this company even have money???

Your paycheck always seems to be wrong. I don't work in sales, I'm in a salaried role. It shouldn't be that different from month to month. Yet somehow, I have not gotten paid on time on SEVERAL occasions. But that's not just me. EVERY. SINGLE. MONTH someone doesn't get paid or has a pay discrepancy. The HRBP said it was because they were outsourcing payroll and then they started doing it internally and it should get better. But it didn't and it hasn't. It's honestly gotten so bad that when there are errors to multiple people, they don't even tell us, and then our paycheck the next month is unexpectedly 1000 less. And yet... these people who can't seem to do their jobs didn't get affected by the redundancy.
