      Pros

      Lauth is one of those companies that when you start working there, you don’t ever see yourself working anywhere else. The people and culture at Lauth are in a word, amazing. I can honestly say, we are a team working toward the same goals, giving our clients the best product, in a timely fashion and within budget. The atmosphere at Lauth is fun and very close knit. Upper management listens and tries to make sure everyone at Lauth has a voice. At Lauth you are setup to succeed in your career goals. If you have a chance to work at Lauth, take the chance. You won’t regret it.

      There are honestly no Cons to this company that I can think of.

      Underpaid and overworked

      Pros

      The general staff at Lauth was very nice and genuine. I never felt nervous talking to anyone in any department. There were always fun luncheons and events which helped the general staff bond.

      Cons

      Pay was extremely low for the amount of work expected. The partners did not commit to many policies that benefit general employees. I witnessed massive turnover due to dishonest management practices and general disdain for the partners. I also hated that I had at least 3 people I could consider my supervisors and it made prioritization very hard.

      Poor decisions by Lauth leadership

      Pros

      A fast paced work environment, that is highly organized with a great reputation. A nice variety of work across business sectors that include office, retail, healthcare, and industrial projects.

      Cons

      The inability of staff and management to make correct decisions quickly and efficiently. Senior management is extremely controlling, resulting in personnel that simply does their job "by the book", rather than thinking through the problem and working toward a solution. Also, they tout the fact that the work pace is fast, however it is not evident on a daily basis. It is simply fast paced because of poor planning and execution.
