Pros

Nobody gets fired from the Oldsmar location.

Cons

You can literally defecate on a coworker’s chair, do drugs out by the dumpster in the back of the building and still remain gainfully employed at this company. (True story) Hostile, dirty, druggy work environment. Fights break out every week and nothing is done. Lawsuit waiting to happen. If you want to work a mandatory twelve hour shift three times a week then feel free to apply. They will hire anyone

Pros

The only pro is HR randomly sending you candy or treats for holidays.

Cons

You will be talked down to and belittled even when you perform well. It's always more, more, more. The only thing they care about is meeting annual goals, and when they do, the bonuses are laughable. They are pocketing most of the money and telling you that you didn't meet all the bonus amount then taxing you like crazy. One of the upper managers has several complaints against them that include sexual harassment, verbal abuse, inappropriate behavior, and unfair employee treatment, and is STILL there. They also promote only those they like, so if you stand up for yourself in any manner or don't accept being treated like dirt, you will be blacklisted. Good luck getting raises, too. The merits are all under 2% and even when performing very well and making a difference, you do not receive what you should and are given 1's and 2's instead of deserved 3's or 4's. The culture is sad, and the morale is low. We may rate it higher on surveys, but we don't mean it. We do that to appease you so we don't have to hear about it.

Thank you for your review. Culture is important to us and a safe environment for all employees is a company requirement – not a goal. Any and all complaints known to management are investigated and handled immediately. We encourage all employees to communicate any inappropriate behavior or treatment to HR or to your supervisor. We want to ensure that all employees have a safe and supportive work environment. All employees are included in our bonus program. As our CFO shares in all quarterly Town Halls, the bonus is based upon company performance and the set bonus percentage of each employee. As many of our workforce work remotely it is important that employees understand they are a valued part of our community. So, we pick random holidays to send employees fun gifts thanking them for their efforts. We are happy to see that the program is recognized and appreciated. In that vein, we want to understand how employees feel about their position, manager, and the overall company. We feel the best way to receive that feedback is through employee surveys. We actively encourage all employees to provide honest feedback if they feel they have the right tools to perform their job, opportunity to grow personally and professionally, are treated well and can openly communicate with management, and receive fair compensation and benefits. While participation is encouraged, it is not mandatory. Individual responses are kept confidential. Without honest responses to the surveys, improvements can’t be made.

Pros

A few people who were actually down to earth I made good friends with. We all feel the same about this company

Cons

Management will do everything they can to help you fail if don’t get into the boys club. Preferred treatment to all senior reps who bully you. Constantly ignored and could find no assistance for help even when asking over and over.
