Pros

Everyone at Leafwell is committed to the company mission and goes above and beyond to help the company grow. I'm inspired every day by our team and wake up excited to come to work!

Cons

We're all remote which means that some of us have never met in person and been able to do traditional team building exercises. But Slack and Zoom have been well utilised throughout the company to ensure everyone is well connected to their team.
