you can be here 50 years in trade dept and try to move up and manager has his family come in and promotes them and they stand around do nothing make mistakes and get by with it but if you do ha ha that a all other story; it don't do any good to go to HR or corporate directors or CEO WE HAD PEOPLE IN DEPT WALK OUT turn over is high here; and yes attitudes ;
