      None but I would say, that perhaps the management to employee ratio is a little low

      Very little apart from normal growing pains in a tech company trying to take over the learning space!

      I love working here and the culture is amazing

      Pros

      Culture is intact Leadership (for the most part) are transparent and really do care about their teams and pull in the same direction Room for growth Exposure to lots of different tech stacks Talented people Management in Success Team are exemplary

      Cons

      I genuinely cannot think of any at all, but if I was to force myself to choose something it would be to improve compensation package.
