Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at Learning Port full-time for more than a year
Pros
None that I can think of after the Chairman Idrus Mohd Satha took over.
Cons
The Chairman likes to micromanage but yet knows nothing so he leaves everyone else to decide especially management staff. Then after having hardly any or no business for some time, he refused to give up and still worked everyone to their necks. Then with persistent revisions of the products achieving no results, he started laying off many staff and decided to start a restaurant business and made most of the staff who were formerly in the education industry or related to the education industry work on assignments related to his new restaurant. All the boss is good at is micromanagement but gives no clear direction to his staff and looks up to foreigners especially those from the West like Gods. It's as if he himself doesn't know what he wants, those from the West can automatically read his mind and solve his problems for him, spreading the company into unimaginable growth.

Neutral OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI worked at Learning Port full-time for more than a year
Pros
Builds character and resilience. Experience genuine start up journey in the first 3 years. The CEO Fadzli Sharif with the heads then pushed us hard and we won the Asia Pacific ICT Award and a few millions MYR in grants for our creations. No pain no gain.
Cons
Not for the faint-hearted. Used to be a great training ground. Can be a real crazy place dealing with more than 13 different nationalities.
