I don't have any cons at the moment. I think that with any job it requires patience and work. Learning the system takes time and there is so much to learn that you can't do it all immediately so time and attention is required but the end results is that you will have improved your use of the platform and enhanced your opportunities to supply your students with all the right tools to progress.
