Where do I start? 1. Pink cloud promises, in other words they promise the world and give you nothing. Do not believe what they say. 2. The only long term staff to survive are those that only say "yes Sir", "How far Sir", "Not a problem a Sir" 3. The CEO is a self centered, all knowing, micro manager who eats wisdom with spoons. 4. Opinions of the staff is neither requested or wished for. 5. Any critique is not asked for and is often ignored at the peril of the business. 6. There is no respect for the staff, work conditions and working hours. Staff are just expected that they will work 6 - 7 days a week with out any compensation for over time. 7. The business is gaining an international reputation for being a terrible employer. 8. The CEO takes any slight personal and has no problem to ring multiple times to abuse the managers or who ever he is upset with. 9. The CEO is a hip shooter and makes decisions on the fly without any thought to whether they are work or are inappropriate for the business. He is also very quick to fire someone if he so feels like it.
