      learn from high production scale and rate

      Cons

      not a healthy environment for work, ceramic dust is everywhere with poor ventilation and no air filtration, safety precautions are not well maintained and sometimes not present at all, low salaries, poor work-life balance only (1 day off and 6 working days), the factory itself is not well maintained and the company doesn't provide new tools for its employees.
