      - Decent pay - free lunch

      Cons

      - Management doesn't know how to communicate clearly or succinctly - You are expected to work all the time, even while on PTO and on weekends - Management offers no training or leadership they just demand more from you - Stereotypical if you do a good job they will give you an endless amount of work - They clearly value customers over employees
