Pros

They provide free snacks, breakfast, and coffee. These are literally the only pros aside from the handful of coworkers who are pleasant to work with.

Cons

Where to start? I have worked in a handful of office settings, and I have never experienced a more unprofessional setting. On my first day I was told about the high turnover within the organization by multiple people, all of whom I thought were just making a joke, I learned very quickly that the high turnover was not by coincidence. The team is very dysfunctional and everyone seems to throw each other under the bus to make themselves seem like they're not a problem. It is a highly toxic and chaotic scene and I've been told from multiple people that their job has been put in jeopardy by management with threats. The office is filled with drama and gossip - the tone is very immature, the office culture is very reminiscent of junior high school. Management tends to take a bullyish approach to try and drive productivity from workers, but it is not effective. No one really understands what projects are happening within the office, and good luck trying to obtain help from direct supervisors because they do not provide any sort of training. They do let you take a hands on approach to figure things out on your own, but when you need help it is hard to get it. It was also very mind boggling to see that no one in the company really likes each other. There is poor communication between teams, and management will tell you to do something one day and then the next day it is completely different and you will be reprimanded for it. The work-life balance in non-existent, and you are expected to work the days after Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. I can go on about how terrible this place is to work at, but just do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. They offer a pretty competitive salary to attract workers, but it is not worth the headache that inevitable comes with working there.

Pros

free snacks, free la croix, great coworkers

Cons

This place is an utter joke. Anyone looking to advance their career look somewhere else. The pay is poor for the amount of work that is tacked on. They act like they are doing you a favor by giving you work form all departments and calling it "good experience" when really those departments dont do their jobs. Management heads in EVERY department are extremely unhelpful. If you love passive aggressive emails every single day or just plain rude emails then this is the place for you! The favoritism is DISGUSTING. Oh and also if there is a blizzard outside, expect to have snow dogs to take you to work because they don't care. They expect you to stay late but don't dare ask for OT because you'll be heavily questioned as to why. And then of course the lovely tenant phone calls yelling on a daily basis is just the icing on the cake. Also POOR benefits, poor PTO, you dont get pretty major holidays off. I could go on and on for hours about how horrible it is but seriously avoid avoid avoid.

Pros

401K, Health Insurance, Fair time-off policy

Cons

There is a perception of unfairness because of nepotism. Most employees are not motivated, have no enthusiasm and no good work ethics. They are a lot of managers but they lack leadership skills and education. The communication among departments is very poor.
